Who is it for?

This course is for experienced learning professionals wishing to develop their SEND practice, create change within their organisations or freelance work to develop best practice and advocate for SEND in museums. Participants will become members of a peer learning group focused on discussing and workshopping various concepts related to SEND-inclusive learning.

How will it run?

This four-week online course run by SEND parent and Museum Development Officer Sam Bowen will explore the need for improved SEND engagement and how to create and adapt your learning offer to meet the needs of this audience.

This virtual course will take place over 4 weeks and will be run online through a series of virtual lectures and ‘at home’ activities. Participants are highly encouraged to take part in the live lectures, but there will also be a possibility to engage with the recorded sessions afterwards.
